Day 1 Vision + Mission
Welcome to the very first TYE training bootcamp with Ari & Sandra leading the way as your Coaches. Let's get to know our fellow participants as we begin our journey of learning, exploration, and discovery together. (Join us LIVE via Zoom)
Day 2 Understanding the Basics
We will cover event and marketing basics, including core concepts, terminologies, and essential skills. Interactive sessions and group activities will enhance comprehension and promote collaborative learning. (Self paced. Video links will be provided for access to the content)
Day 3 Email Marketing: Crafting Compelling Campaigns
A successful event or marketing campaign begins with knowing your target audience. We will delve into strategies that can elevate your email campaigns from ordinary to outstanding. Whether you're aiming to increase engagement, drive sales, or build a loyal subscriber base, these tips will set you on the path to success.
Day 4 Welcome To the 11th Annual The Yoga Expo LA | Believe 2025
We will gather at the Pasadena Convention. After settling in, we will head to the Cordova Cafe & Bottleshop for our VIP Industry Mixer, a night filled with networking and festivities. The cafe's warm ambiance, relaxed setting, and delicious menu will provide the perfect backdrop for engaging discussions and building new relationships.
Day 5 Creative Content Creation
Content is king in the world of marketing. This session will focus on generating captivating content that resonates with your audience. From writing compelling copy to designing engaging visuals, you'll learn how to craft content that stands out in a crowded marketplace. In-Person.
Day 6 Digital Marketing & Social Media
In today's digital age, mastering online platforms is essential. We'll dive into digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management. Practical tutorials will help you harness the power of digital tools to amplify your reach and impact. In-Person.
Day 7 Event Execution & Post-Event Analysis
The final day will focus on the execution of events and analyzing their outcomes. We'll discuss best practices for event management, problem-solving on the fly, and gathering post-event feedback. You'll also learn how to measure success and use insights to improve future events and marketing campaigns.
Wrap-Up & Graduation
As we conclude our bootcamp, we'll reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and discuss next steps. Each participant will receive a certification of completion, ready to embark on new ventures armed with the knowledge and skills acquired throughout this intensive training.

- Cancellation: We offer a flexible cancellation policy, with full refunds (minus the deposit) available for cancellations made up to 60 days before departure. For cancellations made between 30-60 days before departure, a 50% refund is available. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure.

Who is this bootcamp for?

I'm a local. Can I register just for the Bootcamp?
We suggest staying at our hotel for convenient access and impromptu group activities beyond the classes. However, you are welcome to choose your own accommodation. Check out our list of recommended local hotels here.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we will work with the venue to accommodate common dietary needs. Please let us know of any critical need.
Can I bring a hotel roommate or spouse?
You are welcome to bring a hotel roommate or spouse with you. While they cannot join the bootcamp, they are allowed to accompany you during the training and attend the expo free of charge.
Can I extend my stay?
If you would like to extend your stay at Dena Hotel before or after bootcamp please let us know sandra@theyogaexpo.co. We can facilitate that for you and enjoy the discounted group rate. Discounted rates apply only until October 1, 2024.
Is my investment refundable?
All tickets are 100% refundable within 15 days after registering in bootcamp. If you'd like to get a refund for your ticket(s) within 30 days of the event, we may have individuals on a ticket waiting list, so feel free to reach out as soon as you can. We cannot offer any refunds 3 months prior bootcamp. To request a refund or transfer, please contact us via sandra@theyogaexpo.co.
